Viome Full Body Intelligence Test Review

Viome Review: My Experience with the Full Body Intelligence Test (Is It Worth It?)

If you’ve been looking for a Viome review before trying it yourself, here’s mine after testing the Full Body Intelligence Test.

For the past few years, I haven’t had much testing done…no routine bloodwork, no real deep dives into my health. So when I came across Viome, I was intrigued (and, okay, maybe a little nervous).

What would it tell me? Would I find out I’m biologically 75 years old?

As someone who has navigated chronic illness, I’ve done my fair share of testing over the years, from heavy metals to genetic panels. So I’m always curious when a company promises personalized insights in a more accessible way.

If you’re considering trying it, I’ve included a $110 discount at the end of this post.

What Is Viome and the Full Body Intelligence Test?

It’s an at-home test that analyzes your cellular and microbiome activity. You send in samples (blood, stool, and saliva) and a few weeks later, you get a detailed report with personalized recommendations, including diet and supplements.

How the Viome Test Works (What to Expect)

The kit arrives in sleek packaging with straightforward instructions. First, you register your sample online which was easy enough.

Then comes the fun part (kidding). I recommend reading through the instructions before starting because there are specific timing guidelines. It’s also important to be super careful when handling the samples so they don’t get ruined.

My Experience Taking the Viome Test

Collecting the samples was easier than I thought. I decided to get it all over with in one go.

The saliva and stool tests were straightforward.

The blood test? A little trickier. There are two methods to collect blood, which I appreciated because by vial number three out of four, my first method wasn’t cutting it. And while I was nervous about the finger prick, it ended up being painless.

Once everything was sealed up, I popped the prepaid USPS envelope in the mail.

Then, I filled out an online questionnaire, which took about 20 minutes. And then…the waiting game. Results take about 2–3 weeks.

Viome Results: What I Learned About My Health

The first thing I checked? My biological age. Turns out, I’m 38… and my biological age is also 38. A relief! At least my cells aren’t aging at warp speed.

The report highlighted 32 foods to avoid (some of which I had self-identified). I was hoping it would confirm whether I still had certain sensitivities, but it doesn’t test for that. Instead, if you already know your sensitivities, the plan builds around them. It also listed 57 foods that were considered “superfoods” for me!

The most eye-opening part? The 11 areas where my health needed improvement. Some were expected (stress and anxiety, anyone?).

Others were surprising, like my vascular health scoring lower than I would have thought, especially since I started my running practice up again!

On the plus side, my immune function was strong (perks of having two toddlers?).

Viome then recommends a custom plan based on your results, including supplements, probiotics, oral lozenges, and even toothpaste. They formulate everything for you, so you don’t have to track down individual supplements.

The convenience is a big plus!

Did the Viome Test Change Anything for Me?

Honestly? Yes. It provided new health insights that I likely wouldn’t get from a routine check-up.

Seeing my stress levels reflected in my health scores made me take them more seriously.

I also went ahead and ordered the custom probiotic supplement. One of my goals this year is to work on eliminating food sensitivities, and I’m curious to see if this helps.

Would I do the test again? Absolutely. I’d love to see if I can improve some of my scores in a few months.

Is Viome Worth It? My Honest Take

Overall, I think it’s worth it.

You get valuable, in-depth insights about your health in a way that standard lab work doesn’t provide. No more “everything looks normal” when you don’t feel normal.

I also love the convenience. Normally, you’d have to visit multiple doctors’ offices and testing facilities to get this level of detail, if you’re even able to. With Viome, you do it all from home.

The results were easy to understand, with clear next steps (no confusing lab reports!). And the custom (high-quality) supplements are tailored specifically to your needs. No generic vitamin packs here.

If you’re looking for a deep dive into your health with an actual action plan, this test is for you.
