We went to Asheville, NC for a wedding this past weekend. One of my favorite things to do when I travel is find healthy eating spots so I can feel good when I’m on the go. Popped into the @laughing.seed.cafe for their gluten-free/vegan cookies. I bought every flavor because I couldn’t decide. They were all delicious but my fav was the the coconut chocolate chip. Also, really enjoyed this town and would definitely come back. 🍪

I’m not a huge fan of wearing a full face of makeup every day. I tend to be minimalistic. After being sick for a month straight with an uppe

After being sick for a month straight with an upper respiratory infection that refused to go away (or improve), I started drinking 16 Oz of celery juice on an empty stomach out of desperation. This is the @medicalmedium protocol.
Prior to juicing celery, I haven’t been able to sleep at night due to a terrible cough and congestion. I have literally tried everything up until this point including a round of antibiotics which helped until I stopped taking them, an inhaler, saline, cough syrups, humidifiers, etc. None of it helped.
Since juicing celery, I noticed my symptoms start to improve on day 1. By day 3, I was able to sleep through the night (laying down, instead of upright) for the first time in weeks.
This is going to be part of my routine now. I used to think I didn’t have time for it but my son loves to help me work the juicer in the morning. See my stories for a cute picture of him at work. Sharing in case anyone else is battling this awful bug. 🌱
