Her artwork celebrates the vibrant energy, fauna, and people through bold colors and expressive market. Through her photography and design company, she partners with small businesses to create eye-catching visuals that build brands and drive engagements.
I asked Bonnie to share a bit about the healthy habits that fuel her days and creativity. Keep reading if you want her delicious breakfast (and organic Costco must-have), natural anti-aging skincare regimen, favorite quick exercise routines, and more. Here’s more about Bonnie…
Morning Wellness Routine
Wakeup: I naturally awaken sometime between 7 and 8AM most days.
Typical breakfast: I live for fried eggs & avocado on toasted sourdough, but sometimes enjoy an omelet or scrambled eggs & ham or that yummy Costco organic chicken sausage. It’s definitely usually egg-centered! Oh, and an occasional FlavCity smoothie!
Daily supplements: I’m still taking quite a bit as I heal from Lyme disease, so I’ll skip over those specifics. Otherwise I take: Designs For Health Twice Daily Multi, these Magnesium Glycinate/Threonate/Ashwaganda Gummies (for me and the kids), this Multi-Collagen Powder in my coffee every morning, and this probiotic Allergy Research Group Essential-Biotic Complete.

Lifestyle
Skincare regimen: I have never been big on this, but as I’m barely hanging onto my 30’s I’m realizing this is now truly a must. I’ve been playing with various products and currently using Primally Pure’s Cleansing Oil and Plumping Serum. Also, recently got some La Magdalene Blue Rose Milk and The One Oil. I’m quite enjoying them. I like doTERRA’s Body Lotion as well, typically for more full body application. I feel like the collagen, and the red light I mention below, fit here too!
Fav workout: I am slowly building back up resilience and strength, so stretching and some lighter pilates or yoga is my go-to. I’m not into the gym life, and as a busy, homeschooling mom, I love Jessica Valant Pilates on YouTube. She’s got tons of shorter workout routines. Two of my favorites are her 10 Min Back Pain Relief Exercises and the 15 Min Gentle Full Body Stretch.
An alternative treatment I enjoy: My Lumebox! Red light therapy has been helpful for our whole family for various things that pop up and it’s so easy to use.
Kitchen item I can’t live without…the Coffee pot! Sorry, not sorry!

Staying Balanced
My tip for staying healthy on the go… Gosh, this one is harder for sure. I try to first and foremost, prioritize meals at home as much as possible. It’s too easy to eat like garbage on the go. Since I do eat probably 90% of my meals at home, I try not to stress the rest too much. Big picture!
When I feel stressed I…paint, pray, tend to our plant babies and pull some weeds or do a little trimming. A pause to either do something I really love, like paint, or enjoying some sunshine in our backyard is a beautiful, simple reset button.
Favorite inspirational book/read…Big Magic!

Evening Wellness Routine
My go-to easy meal is: I laughed when I read this question, because my husband Carson and I have a meal we call the “Car-Bon Special.” It’s usually a quick chili variation of some sort using whatever we’ve got on hand. If I don’t know what to make for dinner, I usually type in a handful of ingredients we have on hand to get inspired and just roll with it.
Evening wind-down activity…I don’t have a rigid routine here by any stretch. Some evening activities I enjoy are hot tea with my husband, “night garden walks” as I call them, painting or reading just before bed. Occasionally I can be talked into a little TV time which is a rarity for me!
Bedtime…Sometime between 11PM and 12AM most nights
